We use a third-party shipping provider to deliver orders. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost items, or packages that are misrouted during transit.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
